Privacy Policy

MoneyWheel stores the account, transaction and balance data pulled from the institutions you link, plus the receipts you upload. It is used to show you your own finances and nothing else: your data is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.

Bank credentials are entered with Plaid, never with MoneyWheel. The per-connection tokens Plaid returns are encrypted before they are stored.

Email is used for the account itself — verification codes and the bill reminders you opt into. You can turn reminders off in Settings.

Deleting your account from Settings removes your data, including linked connections and uploaded receipts.

This policy will be replaced with a full one before MoneyWheel is offered publicly.
