For individuals
See how your money moves
A budgeting app that finds your subscriptions and tracks your net worth.
Money comes in, bills get paid, purchases add up, subscriptions renew, money moves into savings, cards and loans get paid down, and then the cycle starts again. That's your MoneyWheel.
MoneyWheel will bring the accounts you already use together, so you'll see what came in, where it went, what's coming next, what you're setting aside, and how your financial picture is changing.
No complicated spreadsheets. No bouncing between five different financial apps.
Free to start · No card required · Read-only bank connections

See where the month went
Ever look at your account at the end of the month and wonder where all that money went? MoneyWheel will help you answer that.
Your transactions will be sorted into categories on your Spending Wheel, so you'll see how much went to groceries, housing, transportation, entertainment, shopping, utilities, subscriptions and everything else.
See a category that's bigger than you expected? Select it and MoneyWheel will show you the transactions behind it.
Your money moved all month. MoneyWheel will show you where it went.

Know what's coming next
Bills and subscriptions have a way of adding up, especially the ones you don't think about very often.
MoneyWheel will look through your transaction history and find recurring charges by how often they appear and how much they typically cost: rent, utilities, insurance, streaming, memberships, software and the rest. You'll see what you're paying, how often, and what it costs you over a year.
With the bill calendar, you'll also be able to look ahead and see what's expected next.
Knowing where your money went is half of it. Knowing where it's going next is the other half.
See what your monthly decisions add up to
Your checking account tells you what's available today. Your net worth tells you something different.
MoneyWheel will add up your cash, savings, investments and other assets, then subtract credit cards, loans and other debts, for one number that shows where you stand.
Over six months or a year, you'll see whether savings are growing, debt is coming down, or something needs your attention.
Get a heads-up before the money leaves
Knowing what happened yesterday is useful. Knowing what's about to happen is better.
MoneyWheel will email you the bills coming up, daily or weekly as you choose, so you'll know how much of the money in your account is already spoken for.
Fewer surprises. A clearer picture of what's ahead.
Keep the receipt with the purchase
Receipts have a way of disappearing exactly when you need them.
MoneyWheel will let you attach a photo or PDF to the transaction itself: a big purchase, a warranty, a tax record, a reimbursement. When you need it again, you'll know where to look.
A budget that starts with your real life
Most budgets start by asking what you think you'll spend. MoneyWheel starts with what you actually spend.
It will look at your recent transactions and suggest a split into needs, wants and savings, so you're not guessing at a blank form. From there, adjust the amounts and percentages to fit your life.
A budget shouldn't tell you how to live. It should help you decide where your money goes next.
Set money aside for what's ahead
Not every dollar in your account is really free to spend. Some of it already has a job: a vacation, Christmas, a car repair, an insurance payment, an emergency fund.
MoneyWheel's envelopes will help you set that money aside. You'll still see it's there, and you'll know what it's there for.
Who is MoneyWheel for?
MoneyWheel is for people who want to understand their finances without turning money management into another job. It may be right for you if:
- You have money spread across more than one bank, card, investment account or loan and want to see it together.
- You sometimes wonder where all your money went at the end of the month.
- You suspect you're still paying for subscriptions or memberships you've forgotten about.
- You want to know what bills are coming before they hit your account.
- You want a budget based on how you actually spend, not a blank spreadsheet.
- You're building savings or paying down debt and want to see whether it's working.
- You want to know your net worth without working it out yourself.
- You want to understand your money without being told what to do with it.
MoneyWheel won't make financial decisions for you. It will give you a clearer picture so you can make them yourself.

Your money is personal
MoneyWheel is built to help you see and understand your money, not control it. Through Plaid it can read the balances and transactions you authorize. It can't move your money, and your bank password never reaches MoneyWheel.
Read-only bank connections
You sign in to your bank through Plaid, not MoneyWheel, and the connection is read-only.
Your credentials are protected
Bank-connection tokens and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
Add two-factor authentication
Use an authenticator app with recovery codes. Sessions time out after inactivity, and changing your password signs other devices out.
Leave when you want
Delete your accounts, transactions and MoneyWheel login from Settings. We want you to stay because it helps, not because leaving is hard.
Questions people ask
Is it safe to connect my bank?
MoneyWheel connects through Plaid. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid, not on MoneyWheel, so your bank password never reaches us. The connection is read-only: MoneyWheel can see the balances and transactions you authorize, but it can't move money. Disconnect a bank and the connection is revoked at Plaid too.
Which banks are supported?
Banks, credit unions and card issuers in the United States that connect through Plaid. Search for yours when you connect. Anything that can't connect, you can add by hand and keep the balance up to date yourself.
Do I have to connect all of my accounts?
No. Start with one and add more whenever you're ready. The picture gets more complete as you add accounts, but you decide which ones are included.
Is MoneyWheel going to tell me how to spend my money?
No. MoneyWheel is there to help you see what's happening: it organizes your spending, finds patterns and recurring expenses, suggests a budget and shows how your picture is changing. What you do with that is up to you.
What happens when the trial ends?
Free never expires. Plus starts with 21 days free and no card. If you don't pick a paid plan by the end, nothing is charged and your account moves to Free on its own. Your history isn't deleted: Free shows the latest 3 months, and upgrading brings the rest back into view.
Start with one account
You don't need the perfect budget, and you don't need every account connected. Start with one. MoneyWheel will organize the transactions, find the recurring expenses and show you where the money went. Add another account when you're ready.
- What came in.
- Where it went.
- What's coming next.
- What you're setting aside.
- What you're building over time.
Your money will keep moving. MoneyWheel will help you understand where it's going.
